Jake Epstein, 16, who plays Craig Manning on Degrassi: The Next Generation, made his professional theatrical debut in the play Our Town in Toronto, and the following year he played the Artful Dodger in a production of Oliver!.  You may have seen Jake on TV in Real Kids, Real Adventures or The Zack Files.

What I like to watch:
I love watching comedies.  I simply can’t sit through soap operas or dramas.  My favourite shows are The Simpsons, Family Guy, Seinfield, and Friends.  Right now I’m getting into a show called The O.C.

I’m happiest when I’m listening to:
The Beatles, The Red Hot Chili Peppers, Coldplay, Pink Floyd, Ben Harper, and Hawksley Workman.  Some good music can brighten up my day.

When I want to make myself feel good I…
Eat food.  I’ve discovered over the last few years I become very happy when I’m eating.

Secret guilty eating pleasure:
I don’t think I have any secret guilty eating pleasures.  I enjoy my food.  There are no secrets!

My favourite smell in the whole world is…
When I am camping and I wake up in the early morning.  I love the smell of cold morning air.  It’s something that you just don’t have living in the city.
